We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $59.99.
⏳ Order Processing Time
Our fulfillment center ships orders Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
- Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 business days if items are in stock.
- Expedited orders placed before 9:00 PM (PT) on business days will ship the next business day.
📦 Delivery Time
Shipping times within the United States may vary depending on your location and carrier.
- Standard delivery: 7–14 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier handling issues
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Delivery service disruptions (standard, priority, or express)
Once an order has been shipped, we are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
📍 Undeliverable Addresses
Undeliverable addresses include:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Missing P.O. Box numbers
- Refused deliveries
- Packages marked as return-to-sender
We are not responsible for returns caused by undeliverable addresses. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for reshipping returned or lost packages.
