At Tinybunni, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or washed products
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts
  • Products returned after the 14-day return window

📍 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to no quality issue (e.g., change of mind, personal preference, or wrong choice), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a refund is approved, original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review and provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
