📦 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used or washed products
- Items not in original condition or missing parts
- Products returned after the 14-day return window
📍 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to no quality issue (e.g., change of mind, personal preference, or wrong choice), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a refund is approved, original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review and provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected
- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
